Cookie Policy
Last updated: May 20, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Homeezy uses cookies and similar technologies on homeezy.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage. They let a site remember your actions and preferences (such as staying signed in) and help us understand how the site is used.
2. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required for the platform to work — these keep you signed in (authentication and session tokens managed by our auth provider, Supabase), protect against fraud, and remember security settings. The site can't function without them.
Preferences. Remember choices like your role view or language so the experience is consistent.
Analytics. Help us understand aggregate usage—pages visited, features used—so we can improve Homeezy. These are used only where permitted and never to identify you personally.
3. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by service providers we use to operate Homeezy, such as Stripe (for secure payment and fraud prevention during checkout). These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
4. Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block them. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using core features. Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before setting them.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves. Changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
