Add project
Add a project to Homeezy in two steps: what the job is, and who it is for.
How do I add a project to Homeezy?
From Projects, click Add project. The wizard asks for the job name, the service and the job address, then for the homeowner. Everything else is set on the project page afterwards.
Adding a job is how you move work you have already started (or even finished) into Homeezy without rebuilding it. Attach the homeowner, then fill in the schedule, the stage and the paperwork from the project page.
Add a job step by step
- 1Open the wizard
From Projects, click Add project.
- 2Describe the job
Add the job name, pick the service, and enter the job address. The name and the service are the only required fields.
- 3Add the homeowner
Pick someone from your contacts or add a new homeowner. Tick the invite box to send them an invitation to the project, or choose Add the homeowner later.
- 4Add the job
Click Add project. You land on the project page, where the schedule, the stage and the description are all editable.
Nothing the wizard skips is lost. The schedule, the project stage and the existing quote are all added from the project page once the job exists.
Yes. Add it like any other job, then set its stage to Completed on the project page.
Yes. Choose Add the homeowner later to create the job on its own, then attach a contact whenever you are ready.
They live on the project page. The wizard only asks for what a job cannot exist without, so adding one takes seconds.
